JCPenney salons and stores across the country are joining together in the fight to end hair loss for cancer patients. Until recently, hair loss was an inevitable and traumatic side effect of chemotherapy, but thanks to a revolutionary treatment called scalp cooling, people undergoing chemotherapy have the option to keep their hair!
We have joined forces with HairToStay to help make this treatment available to those who could not otherwise afford it. HairToStay is the first and only national nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to scalp cooling treatment, and we are honored to partner with them to help them in this fight.
Your contribution will help ensure another low-income cancer patient will have the option to keep their hair, and with it, their privacy, identity, and overall sense of well-being.
