One thing not often shared while going through chemotherapy is how damaging cancer can be to your mental health.
Going bald from chemo and being reminded what cancer was doing to me every time I looked in the mirror was something I knew would take a major toll on my mental health - more so than the damamge it did physically.
Fortunatelly, I was able to save a good portion of my hair through Penguin Cold Caps.
