We are excited to be raising funds for HairToStay, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to cancer patients seeking scalp-cooling treatments. Scalp cooling can significantly reduce hair loss during chemotherapy, and it is rarely covered by private insurances, leaving cancer patients to pay out of pocket or to forgo the treatment entirely.
Many of our team members have loved ones who have been touched by breast cancer and face a long road of treatment. We have witnessed firsthand the physical toll that treatment can have on those loved ones. We hope that our fundraiser can ease the mental and emotional toll of treatment by increasing access to scalp-cooling treatments and allowing cancer patients to maintain a sense of self and privacy throughout their journey.
